At DivvyUp Socks, we want you to love every pair you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your unworn socks within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print for your return package.
Pack and Ship
Place the unworn socks in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new pair within 5-7 business days.
